Chassis
Full length, full width structurally welded steel chassis with two 175 x 50 x 20 x 3mm lipped channel longitudinal beams and 170 x 3mm flat plate welded to the inside thereof. Outriggers of 45 x 45 x 3mm angle are welded to the 76 x 38 x 3mm “U” channel floor bearers spaced at 600mm centres. The complete assembly is degreased, derusted and is then covered with an underbody rust preventing coating. Adjustable steel levelling jacks with concrete pads are supplied to support the chassis.
Windows
Galvanised steel windows glazed with 3mm clear glass and burglar bars. Fitted with a Chromadek weather trim.
Doors
External: Same as panel construction with 3 lever locks. Fitted with a Chromadek weather trim.
Roof/ceiling
The roof and ceiling is made up of a combined roof/ceiling laminated sandwich panel to form a vaulted ceiling. Ceiling 0,5mm Chromadek sheeting Galvanised 0,6mm IBR roof sheets. Insulation is 60mm thick water imperveous polystyrene. Roof pitch is at 15 degrees Two lattice beams spans over the length of the unit to support the roof/ceiling panels.

Floor and Cover: Floorboards are 20mm thick treaded m arine ply covered with 2.5 mm vinyl tiles.
Access
Access to the unit will be by means of a prefabricated galvanised removable steel landing/ramp.

Internal - 4 x 1,5m double fluorescent light fittings.
External - 1 x bulkhead light fitting. Two lever combination switch and socket outlet.
Internal fittings: Vitrex System 1000 chalkboard with rail 2 x 1140 x 1800mm.
9mm Flortime Premier pinning board 2 x 1200 x 3000mm
Galvanised steel overhead projector bracket.
External fittings: Standard PVC gutters and down pipes on both sides of the unit.
