Kwikspan - Modular Units
We also offer Modular buildings which can be longer than 18 metres in length and multiple units known as Kwikspan. The modular units are manufactured in 3 meter wide sections to be pre manufactured and joined together on site to allow for exceptionally longer buildings. These buildings are ideally used for offices, dormitories and mess halls to name but a few.
The units have a welded and painted steel chassis with a timber floor covered with a heavy duty industrial vinyl or high textured carpet tiles. All modular units side walls are constructed from 40mm polyurethane panels with chromadeck on the outside and chromadeck or ply finish on the inside. IBR roofsheets are used throughout the range.
These buildings are re-locatable and often used as a temporary solution. The buildings are however also suitable for a more permanent solution offering a lifetime of approximately 30 years.
