KWIKSPACE LAUNCHES NATIONAL SALES CENTRE

Since the launch of the Sales Centre in July 2010 we have had numerous challenges that we had to face during the implementation phase that couldn't have been foreseen due to design, operating and logistical criteria that plays a vital role in the successful presentation of any proposal to a potential client. Obstacles that comes to mind is the workload encountered, normally creating a bottle neck – as the vision remains - on time, correct detailing and submissal of any quote or tender request.

With all the unforeseen, we are all still committed to provide the best possible service in the industry. We pride ourselves therein that are service driven and striving towards excellence.

During the past 10 months, since we started operations in July 2010,we have successfully submitted over 1,700 quotes, designed approximately 1,785 drawings, of which 7.2% was done on behalf of the national branches. We also assisted the local export division by submitting over 55 quotes on their behalf for the period. Orders on volumetric units were processed at an average of 19,5 per month, not mentioning that the individual works orders were more than double the amount. We took over 1,800 calls for the period and successes can be measured against orders received directly from the client.

We have expanded our resources in order to handle the workload in the sales centre, by employing two additional staff members. We welcome Sherwin and Given to the Kwikspace family.
