CI Parkhomes - Single Wide Units
Whether you are in need of office space, site offices, board rooms, ablution, canteens, residential units, the single wide CI Parkhome range has got it covered. We have a wide variety of pre designed standard units to choose from that can cater for almost all of your needs. These units are pre built in our state of the art factory, meaning that the unit is delivered to your door completely assembled. Singe wide CI Parkhomes are portable and reusable at different sites. The units are built on top of a strong steel chassis therefore you simply disconnect water and electricity supply to the unit, load it onto a truck with a trailer and off you go to the new location where your unit is needed.
The "CI" refers to the original brand name. The word Parkhomes refers to prefabricated / factory manufactured buildings. The CI Parkhome is relocatable and therefore provides you with a hassle free solution to your permanent or temporary accommodation needs. The units are placed on jacks and requires very little ground preparation if your site is reasonably level. These mobile units are easily transported and off-loaded on site, which means that we will go wherever your requirement is. These buildings are re-locatable and often used as a temporary solution. The buildings are however also suitable for a more permanent solution offering a lifetime of approximately 30 years.
The single greatest benefit of a CI Parkhome is the speed of which a solution to clients needs could be provided, even in remote locations. All modular units side walls are insulated with injection moulded polyurethane foam and are equivalent to more than a brick wall when it comes to insulation. Spare parts are available should the units get damaged. Ceilings on single wides consist of PU insulated panels. The prefabricated modular units is fully kitted with internal electrics and plumbing if required. When we have to supply mobile units to remote areas where access for a truck and trailer is limited our single wide mobile units can also be purchased in kit form and assembled on site.
