Kwikspace demountable classrooms are ideal for Grade R, primary and high schools, as well as tertiary educational institutions and any other kind of training entity. Lighting, electrical plug points for teaching aids, blackboards and pin boards are standard with all portable school buildings, while air conditioners and burglar bars are optional.

Any class size for mobile learning
Our prefabricated Parkhome classrooms come in lengths of 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 m, and widths of 3 or 3.5 m. Classrooms are usually made by doubling up 2 containers on site (double-wide). We also provide customised building sizes.
Single rooms to complete schools
We supply prefabricated classrooms, laboratories, libraries, ablutions, offices, as individual units, which can be used for complete schools! Prefabricated buildings delivered ready for erection.
Quality, comfortable learning space
High-quality polyurethane injected panels provide excellent thermal insulation and noise reduction with a lower footprint. They are effective in preventing ingress of dust, water and insects, making them an ideal mobile learning environment.

What makes Kwikspace’s parkhomes superior?
Not only does Kwikspace use thicker steel grade than the industry norm, our products are insulated with polyurethane foam, providing superior strength and thermal properties than industry-standard expanded polystyrene (EPS).
The Kwikspace insulated panel is coated in 0.42 mm – 0.47 mm aluzinc painted steel, providing improved corrosion resistance and increased durability and longevity of your prefab building.
