KWIKPREMIUM technology is a high-quality 40-mm steel clad panel filled with polyurethane at 36kg/m3.
This high-strength panel provides excellent thermal properties (R1.81), is fire retardant, and resists moisture and ingress of dust and insects. The polyurethane bonds to the steel, avoiding the need for adhesives and eliminating delamination. It is the fastest and most cost-effective ABT system to erect.
Kwikspace’s KWIKFIRE product offering comprises a high-quality 40 mm steel clad panel with a 30-minute fire rating.
The KWIKPREMIUM ABT has similar properties to our KWIKPREMIUM panel, with a polyurethane core, yet features an additional 12 mm magnesium oxide board manufactured in the panel which provides the fire-resistant properties.
KWIKMAX comprises premanufactured panels clad with magnesium oxide or fibre cement boards.
Supplied in standards sizes of 2.7 m high x 1.2 m wide, the panels are filled with high-density polyurethane. These panels provide fire retardant properties and exceptional thermal and noise reduction ratings.
KWIKMAX panels can be used to build double storey buildings without additional load bearing structures. Over 3 500 structures have been built with this panel to date in southern Africa.
KWIKPLAST is used for permanent building applications.
It consists of an EPS (expanded polystyrene) core clad with a high-tensile reinforcing mesh and then plastered on site. This system is used for buildings up to 8 storeys high and gives and excellent hard plaster finish with outstanding fire and thermal ratings.
It is also ideal for internal walling and is often used when buildings are modified from offices to accommodation facilities due to the low weight per m2.
LIGHT WEIGHT STEEL FRAMING (LSF)
We have our own in-house design and fabrication capabilities to build structures with LSF technology. This system is excellent for users seeking high thermal and sound performance from the building system.
The benefits of this roofing system are the accuracy of fabrication, speed, low cost, and the fact that they can be shipped to any site in Africa.
Our LSF roof system has been used extensively throughout Africa on all of our walling solutions.
