Any of our employees who didn’t complete their schooling, or who have a desire to further develop their communication and math skills, are given the opportunity to take part in Kwikspace’s adult learning programme.
Kwikspace provides these learners with English and maths literacy training up to level 1 on the NQF (National Qualification Framework), which is equivalent to a grade 9 certificate. This year 34 Kwikspace employees are enrolled in adult learning courses.
