Kwik Kit Coordinator

JOB TITLE: Kwik Kit Coordinator

Purpose:

Achieve sales targets, drive business growth, costings and loading of jobs into the system. Co-ordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors and transporters, including the design of buildings, identify leads. Provide guidance and build strong customer relationships, close deals problem-solving and collaborate with cross-function teams to deliver exceptional results.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in achievements of national budget, contribution budget and EBITDA budget.
  • Submission of quotes, stock requests and branch transfers.
  • Daily logging of requests on WLS and salesforce with weekly updates.
  • Finalisation of prices for various categories and standard classroom costing.
  • Monthly market report on current, new and upcoming opportunities.
  • Co-ordinate and organise an event specific to Kwik Kit.
  • Comply with standards and regulations for quote tenders and RFQ request.
  • Compile transport comparison through various service providers.
  • Complete jobs on service manager (AccPac), for buildings and Parts and Accessories.
  • Reduce stock holding by utilising existing stock on order where possible.
  • Expedite orders, delivery and transport arrangements with subcontractors, client and staff.
  • Ensure smooth and accurate stock take.
  • In absence of other colleagues to assist with invoicing of Kwik Kits per month.
  • Quarterly competitor pricing on panels.
  • Prepare floor layouts and technical drawings as required.
  • Comply with the Kwikspace / clients SHEQ code of conduct and standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Sales
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Valid Driver’s License

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years working on ACCPAC or similar system
