Kwikspace has 2 factories in South Africa that give us tremendous capacity and flexibility to support multiple jobs and keep projects on track.
These two sites occupy 48,000m2 of area with the manufacturing plants consisting of 38,000m2 of floor space.
- Kwikspace factories have the capability to produce 8,300m2 prefabricated buildings per month.
- A foam panel plant that produces 18,000panels per month on a single shift.
- A steel fabrication workshop with welding, hydraulic forming, and cutting equipment. This facility manufactures chassis, suspended floors, apex beams, security bars/doors, and steel components.
- A sheet metal plant which produces all required trims for the buildings.
- Fully operational production lines with the ability to speed up production in response to increased demand.
- Spray Booths where spray painting of steel components takes place.
