South Africa – June 2025 – Kwikspace has retained its Level 1 B-BBEE status following the finalisation of a new ownership structure that increases Black and Black woman ownership in the business. As of March 2025, Kwikspace is 82.5% Black-owned and 72.9% Black woman-owned, with 9.6% of ownership held by designated groups (including youth and persons with disabilities).
These changes reinforce Kwikspace’s position as a trusted supplier to public and private sector clients across South Africa. The company’s B-BBEE scorecard is now even stronger, allowing clients to improve their own transformation performance when working with Kwikspace.
