Single-wide and double-wide rental modular units
Our prefabricated rental mobile units are available in 3 or 3.5 m (single-wide) and up to 7 m (double-wide). Unit lengths for both types of rental options are 6, 9, 12, 15 or 18 m and are joined on site

Single-Wide
Prefabricated single ablution space available in 6, 9, 12, 15 or 18m in length. All units are either 3 or 3.5m wide. Available for rent or purchase.
Double-Wide
Buildings are 7 m wide and prefabricated in two 3.5 m ‘halves’. Unit lengths are from 6 to 18 m long increasing in 3 m increments. Available for rent or purchase.

All Kwikspace rented prefab buildings and mobile units come standard with lighting and electrical plug points, while air conditioners, burglar bars, blinds, beds, lockers, tables and chairs are available as optional extras.
What makes Kwikspace’s rental buildings superior?
Not only does Kwikspace use thicker steel grade than the industry norm, our products are insulated with polyurethane foam, providing superior strength and thermal properties than industry-standard expanded polystyrene (EPS). The Kwikspace insulated panel is coated in 0.42 mm and 0.47 mm Aluzinc painted steel, providing improved corrosion resistance and increased durability and longevity of your prefab building.

Drostdy School rents temporary Kwikspace ablution units
Having recently expanded its Parkhome rentals business into Zambia, Kwikspace Modular Buildings has received its first contract, to supply additional office space to the Zambian Governance Foundation, an NGO that supports Zambian civil society organisations (CSOs) in carrying out pro-poor policy work.
Paarl Girls rent 3 new classrooms from Kwikspace
Paarl Girls’ High School has rented three Kwikspace modular classrooms, for the duration of 36 months, to account for the school’s increased capacity of students this year. Each of the three double-wide classrooms can accommodate 35 learners at a time, and have been fitted with aircons and blinds for the Paarl Girls.
