Crown Publications recently featured an article on Kwikspace’s provision of an 1000 square metre dining hall to Medupi Power Station.
Modular components for the new building, including 40 mm thick Chormadek wall panels, aluminium windows and a light steel frame roof structure with a suspended ceiling, were manufactured in one of Kwikspace’s specialist factories and then transported to Medupi for a quick on-site erection.
Medupi Power Station is a dry-cooled, coal-fired power station being built by Eskom near Lephalele in Limpopo province, South Africa.
